Regarding "Enron Loophole" closure to take effect 9/30/09.
Levin added to Farm Bill HR 2419 to close the loophole, and hopefully lower fuel prices. There was a thread on it here a year ago.

Any learned people care to speculate on whether this will show on the price at the pumps? My brain isn't functioning properly, and a "Cliff Notes" type version of how this will work would be helpful.
