There will be 23 no votes and 17 yes from the Republicans. It has already been decided and publicized. Without a substantial favorable showing they know they will absolutely lose the Latino vote. They are trying very hard to hedge all their bets.

Other Rethug senators I can think of in states with significant Hispanic populations would be Ensign in Nevada, and Kyl and McCain in Arizona. And Cornyn and Hutchison, of course - - TX is about 33% Hispanic.
