It's Sad
It's sad that about 50 million Americans don't have health insurance.

It's sad that 12.5% of Americans, or 37 million, are living in poverty.

It's sad that people can't afford a college education, even though the kids are the best and the brightest.

It's sad that people in this country are being fed lies by Fox News, Drudge Report, and other conservative media outlets.

It's sad that our leaders in Congress and in the Senate don't want to change.

It's sad that the US goes around saying we're the greatest country on Earth...when we're not.

It's sad that 30.6% of Americans are obese.

It's just sad, period.

It could be fixed...if it wasn't for the fucking Blue Dog Democrats getting in the way of everything!

3. Good. First steps in doing that?
I keep suggesting we research just how much $$$$$ the Blue Fucking Dogs receive from health care corporations, then publicize that in their district.... using billboards, full page newspaper ads, etc.

Would you participate in that?

If not.....
What are your ideas?

6. Blaming the Government for Americans being fat? Come on....
How about some personal responsibility? Lack of Exercise and not eating in moderation is why this country is full of fatties, that's not the governments fault. Exercise is free and eating in moderation instead of supersizing meals doesn't cost a dime.

9. Where in the OP is there blame cast on the government for obesity?
Where are your reading comprehension skills? That is another sad fact. Americans have a very hard time understanding what they read.
