Two men brandish guns during citizen's arrest in Boise
Just after 1 p.m., witnesses told police that a man stole a duffle bag from another man near the intersection of River Street and Americana Boulevard.

A man driving by saw the crime, got out of his car, and pulled his gun on the man - later identified as John Dickey.

As that happened, another man saw the gun drawn and pulled his gun thinking a different crime was taking place.

Police arrested Dickey at the scene. He faces a charge of petty theft.

2. Why didn't the paper report on the bloody shootout with innocent pedestrians being killed.

3. It sounds like a shootout was setup to happen.
The first gunman got lucky. Or maybe the second gunman...
