4. That was really disgusting. According to him, she is stupid and just got moved up

6. I got into law school because of Affirmative Action -

my undergraduate record was exemplary, I got a perfect score on my LSAT, my interviews were excellent, and I'd never have gotten in if not for Affirmative Action.

In my freshman class - August, 1972 - there were 50 women in a class of 150 total.

The year before, the freshman class - August, 1971 - had 3 women in a class of 150.

The women in my class became judges, successful Washington lawyers, and my best friend from that time was just nominated by Obama to be Ambassador to The Netherlands.

And that's what Affirmative Action did for us, all those years ago. And no white guy is ever gonna tell me it didn't mean anything.........

I remember my freshman year at college (GO Tigers!!), and I remember there being both regular Affirmative Action babies and legacies (the other Affirmative Action) in the frosh dorm. Not everyone could hack it. A few of the affirmative action kids and a few of the legacies did not return for sophomore year.
