Glitch hits Visa users with more than $23 quadrillion charge (CNN)
By Jason Kessler
CNN

NEW YORK (CNN) -- A technical snafu left some Visa prepaid cardholders stunned and horrified Monday to see a $23,148,855,308,184,500 charge on their statements.

That's about 2,007 times the size of the national debt.

Josh Muszynski, 22, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was one Visa customer aghast to find the 17-digit charge on his bill. Adding insult to injury, he had also been hit with a $15 overdraft fee.

He noticed that his debt exceeded the world GDP while making a routine balance inquiry on his online Bank of America account. According to his statement, he had spent the profound sum in one pop at a nearby Mobil gas station -- his regular stop for Camel cigarettes.

Obviously, they're hoping some people will make payments anyway and make their quarterly report look good.

This may be the translation.

23-end of trans. block
14-shift out
88-X (88 might be Nazi, might not mean x)
55-7
30-Record Separator
81-Q
84-T
50-2

Although no way of knowing the source or intent. Could be an insult in some interpretations, although funny either way.

Thinking about it, most of the 'groups' that think on power or privilege, or claim something like that are not racists. Not sure of the term, but their thoughts are 'us or them' but it is not based on race as much as ideology. It is based on if a person has the same thoughts as they do on power and privilege. It would be silly to think of them as racist, when they support totalitarian regimes, and dictators in many countries. However racism or any other bias would be exploited if they saw an advantage to it. And like any group you could not say it is the same for all of them.
