Does the word scumbag appear anywhere in the Constitution?
And if not, do Jeff Sessions and Lindsey Graham have any Constitutional protections?

:shrug:

I'm not a judicial activist, so I don't want to invent any rights that are not explicitly spelled out in the Constitutuion...

2. No! The word "Scumbag" did not come into common usage
until 1864 when the Republican party was established.
