If I were a Republican I would take a close took at T. Thompson
I caught a glimpse of his talk with Blitzer and his Iraq proposal - divide it into different regions while allocating the oil revenues - made sense. Yes, Biden's proposal is sound, too, but I am afraid that Biden is moving toward being a footnote in this race.

And, for the loyal Republicans, Thompson thinks that it is his business on what is happening inside a woman's body..

Republicans may just embrace him.

13. Just as it was "ours" - meaning the West, Britain -
to force three ethnic groups that hated each other under one roof, and tearing away the oil rich Kuwait while there.

8. HELL NO!!
This demands shouting that I rarely do. But I do believe in knowing the enemy.

Which is why several weeks ago I "commended" the Republicans of embracing Guiliani who still appeals to many voters who otherwise would not bother to find what he did in NYC before 9/11.

5. Thompson's oil revenue plan sounds interesting.
He recently described it elsewhere as 1/3 for the federal govt, 1/3 for the provinces, and 1/3 directly to the people, something I'd never heard of. He did add "like we do in Alaska," whatever that means.

He also advocated having the Iraqi govt vote, perhaps periodically, on whether they want us there and abiding by the results, another idea I had not heard put forward.

9. Every man woman and child in Alaska gets a yearly check
from the oil revenues of Alaska. Even when the rest of us are struggling to meet the high cost of gasoline, Alaska is the biggest receiver state in the union - a fact that caused even the editors of the Wall St. Journal to scream bloody murder.

7. Too bad for him, because he's got about the best resume of all the GOPers.
Really, though, compared to the rest of them (especially Ghouliani), how bad can Thompson's "extracurricular activity" be in comparison?

Things you can get away with as governor that won't hold up to scrutiny on the BIG ticket.

15. Where do I start?
Tommy INCREASED the size of government here in our state immensely, after campaigning that he would reduce it.

He is absolutely boorish at public functions, with staff reportedly goosing female wait staff, making lewd jokes, and just being plain jerks, even at their regular haunt, the Concourse Hotel.

An acquaintance used to wait tables at a competing hotel and Tommy showed up with his wife and mother at their request for Mother's Day brunch. He sat behind his newspaper the entire time.

He has a drinking problem, to the point that after Green Bay won the StupidBowl, his little speech was not only unintelligible, but it seemed that he could not even remember which team won.

He is practically deaf and does nothing to correct the problem except yell loudly at everyone.

Mr. AC showed up at an invitation only thing at the Guv's mansion. Tommy proceeded to serve drinks wearing a t-shirt and American flag shorts. Everyone else was in suitable business attire.

He has NO credibility.

There are other incidences, including one that because of HIPPA, I cannot discuss, but he is completely asocial, even to his own family.

His wife lived in Elroy while he lived at the Guv's mansion. It would look bad for a Repuke to get divorced.

Does that answer your question? Oh wait, I've just proved your point. That is exactly why Repukes would probably like him.
