Shannon Roeder has been flipped off, cursed at, flashed a thumbs-up — even mooned.
Why the reactions?
There are more than 300 reasons, and they're plastered on the Omahan's 2007 Prius. Bumper stickers cover just about every square inch except the roof and windows of the car, which appears to be royal blue.
In an age when cyberspace is the hot spot for opinions, Roeder's car is a flashback to the 1960s and “Make Love Not War” bumper stickers on VW vans. These days, you'll see the occasional bumper sticker for a candidate or “My Daughter is an Honor Student.”

Not only does Roeder have quantity, she has controversy, making her Toyota a rolling testament to free speech.
Many of the stickers reflect her liberal politics and opposition to the Iraq war: “Iraq is Costing US an Arm and a Leg,” “Let's Just Pretend We Won and Go Home,” or “Send Our Kids to College Not Iraq.”
