Does anyone else get irritated by the New York Times' "Prepositional Phrase First" headlines?
..... such as: In Albany, Separate Senate Sessions for Each Party


It's as if they were written by Yoda.

If needed, prepositional phrases appropriate for headlines.

Newspaper headlines often are not complete sentences. Space constraints demand that they express as much as possible without concern with sentence structure. Sentence fragments are the rule in headlines.
