"We have to accept Ahmadinejad’s re-election, not least because all our best friends in that region don’t have any elections at all." George Galloway

1. And the ones that do have elections are not fair.
If the Israelis allowed all Palestinians to vote, the Muslims would be running the country.

4. ???
Arabs are 20% of the Israeli population. And the Palestinians in the occupied territories have their own elections.

But there is a point there - if Israelis in the settlements in the occupied territories can vote in Israeli elections, so should the Palestinians there. Conversely, if the Arab residents of the occupied territories are only able to vote in their own elections, the settlers should also be only allowed to vote in those elections.

Fair is fair.

3. We are the country of Kent State, stolen elections, Katrina and...

our government lying us into invading other countries, torturing, and spying on us without any a good reason or a court order. There are wackos with guns shooting people for being from a different country or religion.

We should be out on the street demanding our own change. Even the lunatic GOP managed to get those wacky "teabaggers" off their couches for a day.
