For me, healthcare means going to the county medical facility which offers a sliding scale based on income. I recently had to have a tooth extracted. Thanks to the sliding scale, I only had to pay 31% of the full price. A pulled tooth is minor, but the scale works for every service they offer.

I'll take a government bureaucrat who facilitates my seeing a doctor over a insurance company bureaucrat bent on preventing me from seeing one any day.
