I know a Public Option isn't is good as single payer, but it's likely to be the best we can get right now.

I also figure many of us have signed petitions like this but I don't think it would hurt to let these Senators know we support a public option:

1. as with impeachment, we can sign one petition after the other--

it makes us feel as though petitioning actually accomplishes something.

they haven't seen the NYTimes poll with 72% wanting single payer?
and by the way, I'm not signing any more petitions, esp. for a "public option." they already know what We The People want.
