What really shakes a Congressman is to have hundreds or thousands of his/her constituents angry and marching on his/her office.

Sure they are sponges for healthcare/pharma campaign contributions and support.

But being turned out of office would be a much higher concern.

That may be what it takes to break the $$ hold on Congress.
