I'm Boycotting Olive Garden
It's not just because they've pulled their ad schedule from David Letterman's program. It's because they pulled the advertising two weeks after the so-called offense in reaction to some e-mail they received. If they felt Letterman's schtick was bad for their image, that decision should've come prior to the right wing e-mail campaign.

1. You don't need
that garbage food anyway. Since everything that goes into the kitchen of an Olive Garden came right off the back of a Monsant--er, I mean Sysco Food Services truck, you'd probably be tucking in to a plateful of antibiotics, growth hormones, pesticides, chemical fertilizers, and genetically engineered Tomacco™ goodness. Going to Olive Garden is like walking into your very own chapter of Omnivore's Dilemma.

Favorite Mad TV Olive Garden skewering: "A half-pound patty of American beef on a sesame seed bun, smothered in Alfredo sauce. >mwah< Multo Bene!

2. Boycott ALL Darden Restaurants...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Darden_Restaurants

This also includes Red Lobster (sorry, not interested in getting the crabs), China Coast, Bahama Breeze, Seasons 52, Capital Grille and Longhorn Steakhouse.

I've long known about the right wing taint on this company and have them blacklisted on our family dining list...and looks like they'll be staying there for many more years to come. No great loss.

3. I've been boycotting them for years!
In fact, I refuse to ever eat there. There are consequences to all decisions, and when you make irresponsible decisions, you gotta pay. I accept apologies, I just never hear any from right-wing businesses

6. I'm part Italian...Olive Garden is an abomination
in my family. It's kind of like saying the F-word to my grandma...
And besides, when I want Italian food (the real thing), I walk into my kitchen and make it from scratch. I don't go buy garbage.

9. Boycott Dunkin Donuts, too, for pulling Rachel Ray ads because Michelle Malkin told them to!
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/05/28/dunkin-donuts-pulls-ad-fe_n_103859.html

Rachel Ray's "terrorist scarf" led to Michelle Malkin making crap up, and spreading it through the RW wacko media, which led to Dunkin Donuts caving to the wackos ... and losing my business FOREVER!
