Just when you think you've heard everything
I read this on the Guardian UK website in the Iran Liveblog area and for some reason, Darth came to mind:

    Kamran Daneshjou, the head of the ministry's election commission has attributed the reported 141% participation in the town of Taft to the good weather in Yazd province, where the town is situated.

So what is he suggesting, that the people of Taft said, "It's such a nice day, let's go vote again" ???

It never ceases to amaze me what utter bullshit tyrants will talk, as if daring someone to disagree with them!
