And when they do happen to get power, they see everything the american public wants as opposite to their needs and desires to placate their masters; the rich and the powerful.

Remember, conservative is just another word for I'm gonna keep all that is mine and screw you while professing to be good christians...

I don't remember the Democrats standing up to Reagan. Many Democrats even voted for him. Did the Democrats oppose Bush Jr. when he wanted to invade Iraq? Hell no.
