Any couch surfing hosts here?

A new college grad I know is traveling cross country next month and is trying to schedule couch surfing stops for the following dates/cities:

July 3, Santa Fe, New Mexico
July 4, Wichita, Kansas
July 8, Akron, Ohio
July 21, Charlotte, North Carolina
July 22, Birmingham/Montgomery, Alabama
July 28, Ft. Stockton/Van Horn/Pecos area, Texas

Hostels are also being researched, but these cities are still currently not locked down.

If you live in one of these places, and if you'd be interested in providing a safe overnight sofa for an intelligent, polite young person for the one night listed, please PM me for more information.

2. The west TX one will be tough but I have a floor in Austin that's available

It's about 10 hrs east of Ft Stockton /Van Horn (which is literally the middle of nowhere) but mi casa su casa if he/she needs a place to crash in Tejas.

You might be better off checking for somebody in El Paso. Like I mentioned earlier, Ft Stockton/Van Horn is very desolate and El Paso is only about two hours or so beyond Van Horn.
