if this could also hurt Iranian citizens in any possible way. There could be legitimate emergency needs for govt communication in all of this chaos that aren't being thought about.

To say nothing of the questions of legality and criminal penalties under our own laws-- I don't pretend to know what all they are. Who are behind these incitements, for sure?
