13. Well, the republicans had no way of steering Katrina
into New Orleans. That was just really bad luck. They just used their power of the reverse Midas touch in its aftermath totally bunging everything up.

14. Actually, Republicans rejected repeated requests for funding to shore up the levies
throughout the 1990's and early 2000's.

Wasteful spending, you see.
