Can we blame Ahmadinejad's vote stealing on Bush and Rove?

I mean, if the "Greatest Democracy on Earth" can cheat in an election, then what's to stop other countries from it?

1. Well it would be nice, but
I think Ahmadinejad probably knew how to steal votes without getting help from Bush or Rove, although I will admit that both he and Bush are a lot alike, egotistical maniacs!

2. Uh....no. Bush and Rove didn't invent the concept.
They just introduced it to the American political market.

4. Not by inventing, but by giving it the US stamp of approval

5. I'm afraid countries with crooked regimes have never needed that.

3. Nope. "Weird" elections and "unusual" outcomes of elections are not new
The Bush fiascoes were blatantly "odd" for US, but in third-world countries, fixed/rigged/odd elections are quite "normal". We just paid little attention to them or cared very little, since the "winners" were often chosen BY the US officials who meddled there:)

6. No, we can't "blame" them.
They were just a good example for them to follow.

I guess we could say that Rove/Bush "trained" them. ;)
