it's not helpful to offer unsolicited advice on discussion boards. It's presumptuous and creates an authoritarian atmosphere. In this case, I doubt you're in a position to know whether the OP is wheelchair-bound or otherwise unable to get out.

The OP seems to be saying he enjoys tormenting those who
cannot respond.  My suggestion he get out more often is a
light-hearted way of saying that activity isn't really nice. 
Fun perhaps, but not nice.  Even if it is the case that he is
house-bound, that does not alleviate the need for a more
constructive form of recreation.

Which then leads me to ask you if you know for a fact the OP
is for some reason unable to get out?  If not, why on earth
would you assume such a thing?
