2. Tons of snow here in Michigan
My in-laws are flying in from a very warm climate today. They'll be surprised - I don't think they've ever seen snow!

6. I hear ya. Fortunately this seems to be fairly light snow.
That and the fact that we've had a lot of big windstorms lately means that we my be blessed with missing such. Time will tell.

12. A lot of my flowers look ruined, especially my lilacs.
The new leaves on my little trees were frozen too. I haven't checked my fruit trees yet. I was hoping for peaches for the first time this year on my 3 year old peach trees. :(

13. Some here in Upstate NY too.
I am on the Canadian Border to the east and we got some too. Actually, we are supposed to get some on and off through Sunday but not enough to get out the plows. Thank God. I am betting the daffodils aren't happy.

15. In Maryland it was 80 degrees two days ago and is 40 degrees currently
with the possibility of snow flurries today and tomorrow. The worst is yet to come here tomorrow night Saturday and Sunday they are talking about lows in the 20's! Lots of stories on how to protect plants and gardens this morning..
