Voting Problems on YouTube's Dodd Healthcare Page

Prompted by an email from a single-payer advocacy group, I signed on to my YouTube account and went to Dodd's SenateHub video called Health Care Reform - Your ideas?. When I sign on I always uncheck the little box that says "Remember me on this computer", just because. I dunno, it makes me uncomfortable for Google/YouTube to have my IP address, especially as I've heard about hackers getting YouTube's id info for users in the past. Point is I then tried to "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" the comments, but found the little rotating tally circle they used to indicate that a vote is being tallied just rotated endlessly, and the site never registered a vote. Not for any comment on any of the pages attached to that video.

Do any other DUers sign on to YouTube w/ the "Remember me on this computer" box unchecked? And if you do, do you find your votes not working? My cookie settings are on default like almost everyone else's, so that shouldn't be an issue.

Also, speaking of the Dodd's YouTube video, its page is showing lots of comments about how universal health care would cost too much, how people who knew how to budget could afford health insurance, etc. w/ only a couple praising Europe's or Canada's programs. All the anti-reform comments have a positive vote count, while the pro-single payer comments have either 0 or negative #'s. Seems fishy.
