Newt Gingrich is Ugly
Edited on Tue Jun-09-09 09:41 AM by OKNancy
You are probably thinking by the subject line that I'm going to post about Newt's looks.
No, that is not what this post is about.

Newt is an ugly person. He has an ugly heart and mind. I would say "soul", but I'm a pagan and don't believe in that stuff.
He blathers on and on like anyone cares what the cheating, much married, hypocrite says.

I read he recently converted to Catholicism. He changes religions like he changes wives.
If the Republicans want to look for a shining example of morality, they better not be thinking about the Newt.

Oh and I hope this doesn't get me in trouble, but back to the subject line.
I remember an old movie titled "Hurry Sundown" The lead female character, upon being accosted by some slimy creep,
said in a venomous southern drawl, "You make my skin crawl". That's what I feel like when I see his fat, ugly face.

2. Newt is proof that Republicans are hypocrites.
They say they care, that they have values, and that they are conservatives.

If true, when a man like Newt comes along, they would pray for him for being a sinner, but would never think of voting for him or going along with his ideas because of his personal history.

While wife #1 was in the hospital being treated for cancer, Newt Gingrich was having an affair with another woman.

That woman became wife #2 after Newt divorced wife #1. Marriage = one man, one woman (at a time apparently).

Later, while publicly condemning Bill Clinton for having an affair--something Newt had already done--Newt was cheating on wife #2 with another woman, who later became wife #3 after yet another divorce.

Hardly a man of values. Hardly a man of morals.

Which is why I'm amazed that anyone pays any attention to him at all. He apparently lets his little dinkie do all of his thinking for him. And proof that every last Republican that pays any attention to him at all is a hypocrite, willing to make exceptions for their "values" (however that's defined) when it comes to politics.

Hypocrites have no place in society or government. They cannot be trusted.

13. The biggest joke of all is that the Catholics just let the serial adulterer
become a member of their "holy" church. He (allegedly) did it b/c his 3rd wife is a "good Catholic" and wanted to make sure his soul would go to heaven. Yeah, mistresses are well-known for their piety. :puke:

Newturd had this to say about his inspiration to switch teams:

"...part of me is inherently medieval. I resonate to Gothic churches and the sense of the cross in a way that is really pre-modern."
http://the-american-catholic.com/2009/05/26/newt-gingrich-opens-up-on-catholic-conversion/

Yeah, I'll agree that he's got a "inherently medieval" vibe going.

I think he really converted because he wanted into Scalia et al's little "Opus Dei" cabal who would LOVE to return us all the the Dark Ages.

14. I figured it's because he is an authoritarian
He seems the type that has a cob up his butt about order, authority and structure.
I bet deep down he doesn't believe in women's rights. Just a hunch.

..... and an oppossum was staring at me from outside the window, then it turned its rear end toward me. I remember it all too vividly.

8. But he's bee-YOU-tiful to Republicans.
They are looking for someone who is as close to Saint Reagan as they can, and it looks like Eye of Newt was selected.

You heard about his recent declaration that Obama is a false prophet and that America has already failed, right?

http://news.yahoo.com/s/bloomberg/20090609/pl_bloomberg/affk5skijh5s

And naturally, no Democrats want to stand up to defend Obama.

12. Yeah, I just read that
He is a blubbering fool. I'm sure there will be Democrats fighting back soon. It just happened last night.
I think the Obama crowd are pretty savvy... they will get the war room in gear any minute now.
I bet Gibbs will say something funny/sarcastic in today's briefing.
