17. I was in that position, but it was the pinky and the ring finger. Fortunately I was able to get

both fixed.

If I had to choose, it would depend on my hobbies.

I would want the middle finger because I could perhaps play guitar that way.

Changed index to ring. In my case it was just the pinky and ring finger.
