Serious question
Can a pregnant woman claim for an unborn fetus in her tax returns?

1. No, but if your child is born on Dec 31st, you can claim him as a dependent
for the entire year.

5. Yeah, and I know an asshole (Republican, of course) who convinced his wife to go C-section on 31 Dec
JUST so he could get the tax deduction. It was 3 weeks before the baby was due. She had to claim she had "unusual pain" to convince the doctor to do it. He put the baby at risk and subjected his wife to major surgery when there was no medical reason not to go with natural birth - JUST FOR A TAX DEDUCTION! And get this - he BRAGGED about how "smart" he was for thinking of it! Asswipe. I came so close cold-cocking him.

2. No, but...
You can claim your medical expenses if they go above 7.5% of your income.

3. If a woman who is here illegally gets pregnant while she is here,
is the unborn fetus already an American citizen?

4. hey that's a good question!! here is what i think the answer would be from these jerks.
it ISN't a person for the purpose of being a citizen, but if you were to try to abort, it IS a person. but an illegal person, so we don't want our tax dollars going to pay for anything!! not to feed the mother to ensure a healthy person, nor for her medical care to ensure a healthy person (baby) nor for it's birth nor anything else.

7. And that is precisely why I asked the question
These fuggers break the law with impunity from their political allies - the Rushicans.

6. GOP Position on Babies: From conception to birth, it is a human...

After birth, it is a Welfare cheat.
