I would say Dems as most of the Pukes wear their idiocy like a badge of honor.

I myself enjoy being somewhat of a stealth Dem.

1. Pukes
Why would Dems want to stay in some closet? Pukes, on the other hand have lots to hide so the closet is probably full of their shit.

3. Dems would stay in the closet to avoid being killed
Pukes in Dem areas are subject only to ridicule.

4. Are you taking about being gay or hiding political affiliations? nt
In the former, more closet Republicans. In the latter, WAY more closet Dems.

5. This is completely off topic, but I've gotta say it.

I'm finally just sick to death of seeing Republicans referred to on this site as Rethugs, Repugs, Repukes, Pukes, and whatever else. I understand the loathing of them—I share it unreservedly—but the constant name-calling is so fatiguing. It's juvenile, it's childish and it doesn't elevate the discourse. It's not clever, it's the kind of immaturity I expect from Ann Coulter and her kind, and it makes me take posts in which I read it less seriously.

What's wrong with just saying "Republicans"? Is that not that a grotesque enough insult?

6. Agreed.
 Every time I post the word "Republican" or "Bush" or "Cheney" I feel like I'm some kind of traitor. Like I'm not a true Democrat unless I say chimpymcsmirkyb*lls or something.

7. Can you stand Repubs?
Because it's so much faster to type. I also use "Dems," by the way.

8. Sure, but you don't need to bounce anything off me. Say "Pukes" if you want. Everybody's
gotta do their own thing, baby.

9. Good question
I think a pretty good amount of repubs, especially in the young adult male demographic, don't even know the difference between the two parties, but only claim to be right wing because they think it's the tough, cool thing to do.
