1. Even Oberman allows them to frame the debate
The narrative is now that we only tortured 3 people because 3 people were "water boarded".

There is no "debate" about whether "stress positions" are torture, yet somehow it's being framed that we only tortured 3 people?

What about all the people who had to endure this?
