Is Jack Welch shrinking before our eyes?
Is he maybe melting, like the Wicked Witch of the North?

He resembles the Travel Gnome, without the hat.

His head has literally fallen into a hole between his shoulders.

All he needs is little claw-like talons in place of fingers.

What a disgusting little man.
