Hardball has Olsen and Boies on now discussing why they are
arguing the case for equal marriage opportunity for G&L.

I love it. The video of this should be sent to everyone's right wing "friends" and relatives.

I saw a wedding announcement in our church newsletter today for two very elderly people (male and female). They won't be having babies. But we still allow them to marry.

and Olsen looked like he was going to barf after Boies said 'when you deny rights for one, you deny rights for all."

If there is an upside to all of this, it is that the dicussion is being heard now. More of it is focused on the constitutional and legal, rather than the religious, IMHO.
