Online FOIA request

It's been years since I filed a FOIA request. Back then, it had to go through snail mail, required massive amounts of personal information, may or may not have o be notarized, and be sent with a self-addressed stamped envelope with a sworn oath to pay any printing costs incurred.

It wasn't designed to invite inquiry.

Years later, I've come across something new to me. It may be old, but this is my first time seeing it, and I wanted to share:

the letter generator just makes a form you can mail in. The online form (I hope this works) can be found at http://foia.fbi.gov/foia_instruc.htm

All online, no stamps involved.
