1. Continuing another thread? Hmmm.
Refusing to wear a mask to protect the public health is not innocent. My mother DIED from the actions of a person like this - where's the innocence in THAT?

13. Being a public health danger and refusing to stop being
a public health danger does not engender my sympathies since I've actually seen people DIE from TB - have you? What IS your personal experience with TB? Back in the 50's, a diagnosis of TB came with automatic confinement to a sanitorium - no court would have given you the right to KILL OTHERS, just so you would not be inconvenienced. The man was criminally negligent - period.

Time WILL change your perspective as there are many more men and women just like this man out there, and they will spread this disease far and wide, it will become pandemic - it's just a matter of time. I've taken the pills that will stop me from ever suffering this deadly disease - have you?

2. Is this about quarantine?
Is it immoral/unconstitutional to forcibly quarantine somebody with a highly infectious potentially fatal disease?

9. But really it's about the quarantine.
Because nobody but Nancy Grace here, just below, has an issue with "innocent until proven guilty."

5. Two billion people have latent tuberculosis already.
According to many health officials, it is the number one public health danger in America today. Yeah, let's let the ignorant fool deliverately infect everyone he comes in contact with; after all he's so much more important than everyone else. EVERYONE.
Quarantine him.

15. This has nothing to do with BUSH. These laws have
been around for over fifty years, so I guess you should really blame IKE, since they came about during his administration. IF you care about the actual truth. This has nothing to do with Bush - it preceded him by FIVE decades.

7. If this is in regards to the man with TB
It's not about innocence or guilt or even an actual crime. It's about civil rights and where one persons rights stop and other peoples rights begin.

A much more complex issue.
