PHOTOS of the repercussions: Massachusetts after five years of same-gender marriage

2. Why?? WHY?????
What purpose is served by showing scenes like those above? I mean, do you have a point to make? Must you rub our noses in all of it?

My god. Make sure children don't see any of it.

The horror, the horror. It's so much worse than I thought it might be.

All is lost ............................

This feels like Yellowstone, quietly brimming below the surface, until one day, BAM!!! A large gay geyser will erupt, spraying everyone with a warm stream of bubbly, effervescent...gayness. And that, my opposite marriage friends, is where the chain of events begins, eventually setting off a super volcano, flamboyantly exploding in an eruption of fabulous color, completely obliterating the safe, heterosexual color spectrum. The sea's and the moon will turn bright fuschia. Box Turtles will start migrating to Massachusets, Iowa, New Hampshire and Vermont in droves. Yes, it has been foretold that the Apocalypse shall be brought on by cute little gayby's clad in rainbow-colored Huggies holding jewel-encrusted rattles from Bergdorf's in their chubby little clenched fists.

"That place" that you're looking for is on Mass Avenue
near the Hynes/ICA T stop.

Maybe the opponents of marriage equality doctored them to give a false impression of widespread carnage.

But I live in Canada, and have been happily watching my gay friends get married for years now. And divorced. And living like everyone else. And, of course, gays and lesbians serve in the military openly...seems fairly civilized to me.

But we've only legalized same sex marriage for four years....maybe the fifth is when the worst happens?

31. In all fairness, they do have a healthcare system that sucks.
Both gay and opposite families find they cannot afford Mitt's wonderful reform. I only add this because I'm so worried we'll be having Mitt's plan served up to us nationwide.

36. Holi Canolli! It's the Modern!
That last picture is "Modern Pastry" on Hanover Street in Boston's
Italian North End.

That may well be the best place in New England to get Italian
pastries.* And yes, this is true even *AFTER* the legalization
of gay marriage in Massachsetts!

Tesha

* I have no experience with pastries in Little Italy in NYC, or
I might make the claim that the Modern has the best pastries
in the Northeast or even the country.
