A brief note on Bush ....
His news conference is on-going as I write this. I grow tired of hearing him talk about our duty to honor the voters of Iraq, when he absolutely shows disrespect for the American public's loud & clear message in the November '06 elections.

I was surfing and went past CNN just as I head him say....and I listened to the advice of the commanders in the field and sent more troops to Iraq.....son of a bush.....is he so damn stupid that he does not understand that we know ---all real Americans know -- that he fired every single one of the generals and colonels who disagreed with him when he said he wanted to send more troops to Iraq. And that he finally settle on a commander who agreed with him...this is a land operation in Iraq and since he had fired all the land commanders he had to settle for a Navy man to run a land operation. How stupid does this man think they American people are. Akin to him.

20. I had CSPAN on and as soon as they went to the WH shot
I switched the channel. I've had it with seeing him a minimum 3-5 times a week stomping his foot and outright lying. It wasn't all that long ago that the WH advisers were saying Bush should be out in front of the public more; that his numbers go up when he gets 'in front of the people'. There were plenty of talking heads making comment about the Prez's "rare" press conferences and speaking in front of the cameras.

Since the Democrats became the Majority party, he now foists himself upon us at every turn and the cables keep giving him the air time for more lies and mis-representations. But the Democrats aren't willing to play the "bi-partisan" games by his rules which amount to "screw you!" I hope and pray they stand strong against this maniac!
