I noticed Cheney also couldn't help smirking when Bush talked about using alternative fuels during the SOTU. Smug evil oily bastard.

You know that if ethanol or something gets big somehow, that the oil companies will be involved in the distribution and sales on a national level.

So they win no matter what happens.
