DANCE Scarborough DANCE!!!!
Scarborough is on talking about Dems defunding the war and he's interviewing Joan Walsh from Salon.com and she's saying how Bush originally was considered a moderate in Texas who had to work in a bi-partisan way and he has become a total tool for the RW nutjobs. Scarborough starts YELLING that Bush is ANYTHING BUT A RWinger and he is anything but conservative. He says this over and over again, trying to distance BUSH from republics and cons. It was so hilarious it wasn't even funny.

It's totally amazing to see repubs claim Bush isn't one of them. WHAT THE HELL IS HE THEN?!?! I bet before the year is over that they start claiming Bush is a liberal.

2. He's so pathetic..
I love how he says "American's hate to lose wars", completely ignoring the fact that the Bush's BS war is ALREADY LOST. Americans voted to stop this already lost war because it's pointless to stay, and they now realize it was pointless to go in the first place.

9. He completely caved!
and I feel like a million bucks today for sticking it to him and winning the argument.
It almost seems like he's afraid of me now. :)

I tried to update and kick my old post, but it got all screwed up when the mods moved it to the lounge.

8. They are trying to distance themselves from him because they're
afraid that being associated with him will ruin them next year. But he's ALL THEIRS!!! They just don't want to be reminded that they've hitched their wagon to an anvil.

12. GW Bush is Reagan without all the window dressing.
Edited on Mon Apr-02-07 08:38 PM by Marr
The neocons decided they weren't going to hide things like corporate control of the government and the marginalizing of the middle class, or disguise imperialist policies by using indigenous fighters and hidden funding schemes, as Reagan did in South America. They decided to simply pull the fancy cover off the machine and call all these things virtues. Hell- the White House has an official statement about why it's good for America to send American jobs overseas.

THAT'S what guys like Joe don't like. Bush stands for everything they really believe in, but he doesn't hide it. Bush openly pushes for it. He's exposed their fraud by practicing it out in the open.

Nance Greggs, your last post stated it perfectly, the Republican Party is dead.

It will take a long time for it to recover, if it ever does.
