"A Brockton man accused of rape and double murder in a brutal, hate-driven spree sported a swastika carved into his forehead as he smirked at a judge and glared at the victims' families in court on Wednesday.

Keith Luke is accused of raping and shooting a woman and then shooting her sister, killing her, before gunning down a homeless man moments later in an alleged plot to kill non-whites.

On Wednesday, the 22 year old pleaded not guilty in Brockton Superior Court. A judge ordered him held without bail.

According to a police report from the Jan. 21 killing spree, Luke told police he was "fighting extinction" of the white race and had stockpiled 200 rounds of ammunition to kill blacks, Hispanics and Jews.

Luke allegedly shot a 20-year-old woman, killing her, after she walked in on him raping her sister. The sisters were of Cape Verdean descent.

Prosecutors say Luke pointed the gun at neighbors who were trying to help. He allegedly tried to kill the "non-white person" who was tending to the girls.

After shooting the women, Luke got in his van and started looking for more non-white people to murder, according to investigators. A short time later, he stopped his van, got out and shot a 72-year-old homeless man in the head at point-blank range."
