We don't have a FEMA Director because of David Vitter
The Junior Senator from Louisiana who likes to pay prostitutes to dress him up in diapers and who also likes to tell anyone who will listen about his christian conservative family values is holding up President Obama's Nomination for FEMA director.

1. Actually, we don't have one because of arcane and dysfunctional rules in the Senate
