Reading about the racist backlash the H1N1 flu scare is causing depresses me.
Right-wing sleazeball commentators are using this as an excuse to push xenophobia and bigotry wrapped in concern over the public good. Closet bigots can flaunt it proudly. Have you read the shit being spewed by Michael 'Disgusting Shitstain' Savage? It's fucking repulsive.
I wish somebody would do something about this, because at this rate, I'm worried that it'll turn to violence.

6. Michael Savage said you should stay away from Mexican Restaurants...
because you can't be sure if the workers are wiping their behinds with their hands.

7. Pathetic...
Actually, going to restaurants at all right now isn't the best of ideas, regardless of what type of restaurant. And it has nothing to do with the restaurant employees but rather with the number of people you are sharing air-space with while a highly contagious virus is being passed around the population.

5. It's the current version of HIV as the "gay plague."
It would be nice if we could nip this deliberate BS in the bud this time around.

8. Here is the thing
They have been doing this for the last 30 years but they were hiding the overt racism and hatred with twisted words and actions.

Now they are desperate and the more hatred and ignorance they spew the more they are becoming the very small tent facist party they always were.

Don't let them poisen your soul, don't try to understand them anymore. They are miserable, unhappy people. They are incapable of compassion, love or insight.

Don't ignore them (we would do that at our own peril) but let's find ways to continue to minimize them. We need to analyze what they perceive as their power and systematically destroy it. We have started this by electing a President who is doing the work of all Americans. We did it by changing the make up of the House and Senate. We are seeing states make leaps in bounds in equality.

I don't let them get me riled or depressed anymore, it's a waste of perfectly good energy. Spend that energy on yourself, your friends, your pets, your family.:grouphug:

more accepting place. This is why the future, and every American's well being depend on aggressively promoting these libaral sources.

www.whiterosesociety.org
www.thejefffarisshow.com
and mikemalloy.com

These information sources are the key to changing the message and making the nation safer, kinder and harmonious. The work is not yet done. When the people are made more aware of their real values nothing can stop progress. We dont' have to go to the land of Mad Max more the land of glad sax. The truth is rushing in at the sides the truth is about to set us all free, and the teste of freedom will be oh so sweet.
