One God. One leader. One allegiance. Sig heil!

Photo was likely taken as Bush prepared the Easter feast for the troops in Iraq.

2. mccain is over, and it is ironic
in 2000 bush and company screwed him big time. He turned around, sold his soul like faust, and now find that the person he sides with is a disaster

It is sad, pathetic, and poetic justice. If he had stood by his so called principles in the first place.......

6. Was this some kind of 'faith healing' attempt by Bush?
Perhaps McCain just wanted to get close enough to perform an exorcism?

9. I can't see this picture without being reminded of how chimpanzees establish dominance
Clearly Bush is in a "display" mode and McCain in the supplicant mode here. IOW, punked by a idiot.

What a sad anticlimax for our "straight talker."

13. McCain (or Lieberman) and * have always reminded me of something on the remains of the Berlin Wall
Check out the following links for photos of graffiti (based on a press photo) of former East German head of state Erich Honecker and former Soviet president Leonid Brezhnev embracing, along with a brief explanation in the second link, including a subtitle in both Russian and German which translates "Oh God help me to overcome this deadly love".

(I am not posting the photographs here due to copyright and bandwidth concerns.)

I saw this on the remains of the Berlin Wall on my trip to Germany in 1997.

14. Why anyone ever had any respect for this guy - testament to the MSM effect
He was always a crook (Keating 5) and a shill (mum about the electoral fraud in S Carolina 2000). Now, MSM stopped covering for him - and it's shows.

From the looks of that hug, they are. Or at least McCain. :)
