I hope we hear constant ear-shattering shrieks coming from Republican Members of the Senate and the Republican Party Leaders.

Otherwise, you should look again at your nominee!

The Roberts/Alito/Scalia/Thomas conservative right on the SCOTUS were not selected because they had even the slightest moderate bones in their bodies. It is time to replace Souter with a nominee rooted firmly on the left. To do otherwise will move the overall position of the SCOTUS to the right.
