President Obama with a stroke of the pen promoted my brother to Navy Captain- Reserves.

One more liberal military officer moving up the chain!

And this time next year my son will be getting ready to follow in his NROTC footsteps.

It's just the announcement from Sunday in the Navy Times with the list of new Captains.

Not sure why it doesn't work for you.

It comes up and says that the page has gone AWOL. Perhaps it loads from the cache for you. :shrug:
