Souter's replacement won't be anyone you've ever heard of before.
Bookmark this prediction if you wish.

It will be a highly, highly qualified nominee, however.

I have a feeling that given the age and health of some of the current SCOTUS members, Obama has already had a committee in place working on a list of possibilities.

6. You are probably correct and constitutional lawyer Obama will make a very qualified selection
and some on DU will applaud it while others will probably say the nominee isn't "liberal enough."
