This is not an April's Fool Day thing. I'm guessing this is an edited piece that captures Bush moments of ineptitude and stammering and consolidates them.

Look at the stupidly serious expressions of the press corp. I find them more troubling then the Bush Stymied-Man. And think how this probably required little editing.

As a former audio/video professional, I must say that whoever made this did a brilliant job. The cuts are strategic, the audio over the audience shots is pure gold. The only giveaway is that some of the audio is repeated throughout the "performance".
