They are all people the big, bad rethugs have gone and are going after.

Tweety just astutely connected the dots; they are all women. Imagine that.

They are the targets of the GOP.

Pathetic.

1. saw that, hadn't realized it
I could kind of get Pelosi as a target, or Napolitano (though the media has been awful at reporting that Homeland security report) but why are they going after Sebelius again? Is she any more pro-choice than other nominees, or are they just doing that to obstruct at this point.

4. Ironic, Matthews thinking women are being singled out. But, yes, I noticed that too.

Every newspaper editor will tell you: people feel more comfortable criticizing women. Female columnists get more and angrier hate mail.

At my university, 75% of the grievance suits were filed by male students against female professors.

11. Yep.
Think Mathews made that observation on his own out of respect or concern?

6. I am certain that Tweety's wife pointed it out to him -
he never would have gone there on his own.

10. Girly-men
if you can't rag on a real one, call the men girly and attack them too.

That's one consistency throughout--they hate the women, especially the ones who work in "men's jobs."

12. There is nothing conservatives hate more than articulate, intelligent women
I recommended my friend for the local TV debate show. She's 19 and she schooled two local idiot GOPers over TEA parties. After the debate the one rethug said to her "For a little girl you have a big mouth." Got his ass kicked by a woman and couldn't handle it and got his ass out of the studio as fast as he could.
