Serious question

When will some kid kill a friend or kill someone he's bullying using water boarding as if it is anything but torture? Will that kid be charged and tried for murder?

Waterboarding=torture=terrorism. So the kid will be a terrorist. :sarcasm:

2. I think malaise is wondering if some kid who thinks waterboarding isn't dangerous

may kill somebody (accidentally) by suffocation. The pros who do the waterboarding are trained to let the victim have some oxygen once in awhile, and a bullying kid might not have that much sense.

But if some kid has been listening to the RW talking heads and decides he could have a little fun with waterboarding because it "can't hurt anybody," he could kill somebody, having been led to believe that waterboarding is harmless.
