BAGHDAD, April 20 (UPI) -- At least four Iraqis were killed Monday when a suicide bomber attacked U.S. military personnel visiting city officials in Baquba, Iraq, security officials said.

The bomber wore an Iraqi special forces uniform that hid a so-called suicide vest when he blew himself up outside of the city's administrative offices shortly after the U.S. troops arrived, The New York Times reported. snip

Two of the fatalities were Iraqi police officers, officials said. Eight U.S. soldiers and at least 12 Iraqis were wounded, including police officers and civilians.
