"Shaquanda Cotton, the teenage black girl in the small east Texas town of Paris who was sent to prison for up to seven years for shoving a teacher's aide, will be freed soon, a senior Texas legislator confirmed today."

now, let's hope she can get a good lawyer and relieve paris texas of a sizable percentage of it's assets and get that assholian judge or magistrate taken off the bench and put a hand into his pocket as well. what a travesty of justice.

got PROBATION? I hope this girl sues the pants off that damned judge, and wins, and that the judge gets disbarred.
