1. Ever think of BEING the media.
We are trying to bring community radio to Iowa. Here is a link to get you started:

The FCC will be granting new licences in the Non-Commercial Educational band next October. Much work to do in a short time.
Get some folks together.

4. Apparently 11,600 listeners is not enough
Liberals are leaders, and not the type who need a radio station telling them how to think. I am sure everything will be ok.

8. If it were 116,000 it wouldnt be enough. The media takeover by the good ole boys is ideological.

The bullshit about ratings and advertising is just that. Bullshit.

There is a reason we aren't getting the truth and quality media coverage.

They most emphatically have an agenda and they use to media to divide, distract and dumb down.

Why do they do that? Because an ignorant populace is a vulnerable populace, and very docile when they are terrified.

Edited on Thu Mar-29-07 07:01 PM by zbdent

7. Exactly. Think about the people who own all of our media. Who are they?
What is their agenda?

I think to look at it in that context one can certainly make a valid argument for vast right wing conspiracy.

that is exactly what we are now experiencing. Of course its been going on for some time.
